Described as the world’s toughest filament, OO-KUMA CF0 Carbon Fiber Reinforced ABS 1.75mm Filament from 3D printing material manufacturer Oo-Kuma provides no warping and extreme dimensional stability. These filaments are known for their extreme strength, surface conductivity and enhanced mechanical properties.
Unlike other approaches where only carbon-fiber “powder” is dispersed ito polymer; in OO-KUMA CF0 Carbon Fiber Reinforced ABS 1.75mm Filament, carbon-fibers are homogeneously dispersed in ABS matrix.
The filaments are tested by 3D printers like UP!, Makerbot, Ultimaker, Solidoodle, Leapfrog, Zortrax, Robo3D and Kemiq. The nozzles used in tests are 0.5, 0,4 and 0.3mm.
OO-KUMA CF0 Carbon Fiber Reinforced ABS 1.75mm Filament can be used with a 85-105°C heatbed. Extruder temperature to melt the filament is 230-245°C.
Note: The filament is slightly abrasive. Using stainless steel or titanium zirconium-molybdenum alloyed nozzle bodies may be helpful.
Note: It is suggested by the manufacturer to use Oo-kuma extruder cleaning filaments prior and after printing with CF0 for best performance and longer nozzle life.
